bibliography for each chapter. Covers show slight wear. Very Good.
A note from BCD: Anything written by Martin Price is worth its weight
in gold, even if it is an article not widely known, written for a ‘popular’
book. Here, his fascinating description of “The Statue of Zeus at Olympia”
steals the show although articles such as “The Temple of Artemis at Ephesos”
and “The Pharos at Alexandria” also draw much information from ancient
numismatics.
