Hunnic tribes. Alchon Huns. Adomano (c. 440-490 AD). EL Dinar (34 mm, 7.02 g), uncertain mint in Bactria.
Obv. Kushano-Sasanian style figure standing left on ground line, wearing crown with ribbons and surmounted by crescent with rosette and ribbons, sacrificing at altar and holding trident; to left, trident standard; tamgha to right.
Rev. Ardoxsho enthroned facing (largely indistinct).
Vondrovec Type 85 = Göbl, Dokumente Em. 85 (Khingila); Alram, Alchon 29 (Khingila).
