IEROΠOΛITΩN TΩN ΠPOC TΩ ΠΥΡΑM, draped bust of Dionysus right, wearing mitra and crown of ivy, holding thyrsus over left shoulder, bunch of grapes on stem before. Rev. AYT K M AYP ANTΩNEINOC CEB, togate Marcus Aurelius seated left on curule chair, holding globe in right hand and being crowned by Victory. SNG von Aulock 8677. Ziegler 1300 (same dies, but attributed to Caracalla).
