Maximianus Herculius (286-305 AD). Silvered AE Antoninianus (21-23 mm, 3.97 g), Lugdunum mint, 293 AD.
Obv. IMP MAXIMIANVS AVG, Radiate, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Maximianus to left, holding spear over his right shoulder and shield on his left.
Rev. PAX AVGG, Pax standing left, holding branch, spear, and shield set on ground; C in left field, thunderbolt in exergue.
RIC 404; Bastien 498 (2 ex.).

Very rare. Minor porosity. Good very fine.
