Rev. ΠTOΛEMAIOΥ BAΣIΛEΩΣ, two eagles standing left on thunderbolts, side by side; palm-branch in left field.

The two eagles symbolize the two rulers, Cleopatra III and her son, either Ptolemy IX or X.
