A note from BCD: A two-day sale of a private collection, the first day
disposing of 567 lots of Greek, Roman and Celtic, a good part of them
illustrated. The Roman Republic section is especially rich but there are also
some nice Greek and Roman. The second day covers Mediaeval and later French
with the accent on Alsace and Lorraine. There are 46 lots of numismatic books
and catalogues at the end.
